Cambios en la normativa de las cuentas bancarias

Entre otras medidas, el Directorio del Banco Central determinó que la apertura de las cuentas sueldo puedan ser a solicitud del trabajador y no exclusivamente por pedido del empleador, como ocurre en la actualidad.

De ese modo, el trabajador podrá solicitar que su empleador le deposite sus haberes en una entidad financiera de su elección .

Asimismo, la normativa deja en claro que en algunos regímenes laborales especiales, tales como el del empleo doméstico y el trabajo agrario, la cuenta sueldo debe ser utilizada como mecanismo de pago de remuneraciones.

También se estableció que, a partir del 1° de noviembre, los bancos deberán permitir a sus clientes abrir y cerrar cuentas bancarias a través de homebanking, pudiendo ofrecer también otras vías como banca telefónica, correo electrónico o cajeros automáticos.

El mismo criterio operará para que el usuario pueda da r de baja las tarjetas de crédito, tanto bancarias como no bancarias, sin necesidad de presentarse en una sucursal.

La normativa estableció además que todos los certificados de plazos fijos emitidos en papel pueden ser compensables entre las entidades. Por ello, un certificado de plazo fijo de un banco, a su vencimiento, podrá ser depositado en una cuenta de otro banco del mismo titular.

Mi experiencia con el SAT INDESIT fue una primera ocasión en la que en periodo de garantía el aparato dejó de funcionar, ni tan siquiera encendía el testigo de funcionamiento, y cuando vino el técnico, con gran vergüenza por mi parte, me mostró cómo se había desenchufado. El técnico SAT oficial me dijo que me tenia que cobrar el desplazamiento mas 1/2 hora que era lo mínimo, y lo dijo como con apuro, pero entiendo que tenia que hacerlo.
